We accept 6–10 full-service weddings each year, with limited availability for partial planning.

We don’t have a venue yet. Can you help?
Yes. Venue search and selection guidance are part of our full-service planning experience. We help you evaluate locations with your vision, guest count, budget, and logistics in mind.
We live outside Montana. Can we plan with you remotely?
Absolutely. We guide destination couples through organized planning, scheduled conversations, and local venue and vendor coordination.
Where do you work?
We plan weddings throughout Montana, including Whitefish, Kalispell, Big Sky, Bozeman, Livingston, Missoula, and the Bitterroot Valley. We also welcome inquiries for select destinations beyond Montana. We can even travel out of the state of Montana, as we have planned weddings in Hawaii, California, Idaho, and Wyoming.
How far in advance should we inquire?
We recommend 12–18 months in advance, especially for destination weddings and peak summer dates.
Do you plan wedding weekends?
Yes! We love planning rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, farewell brunches, and multi-day celebrations.
