From the very first phone call with Jessyka, I knew she was going to play an extremely important roll in our wedding. She gave me all the confidence that we could plan a wedding in 5 months, even with it being out of state. I have visited the Bitterroot Valley for many years now but I had no clue where to start when it came to planning a wedding in Montana. Jessyka took all my overwhelming emotions about planning a destination wedding and turned them into a vision that became our reality.
Right away, Jessyka understood the vision we were going for and with that she put her own personal touches that enhanced our whole experience. Her constant communication throughout the planning process gave me the confidence that our wedding was going to be even better than expected.

Where do I even begin?! Being an out-of-town bride already comes with a mountain of challenges, and the moment I considered DIYing my own wedding, I knew I was in over my head. THANK THE HEAVENS I found Jessyka.
I talked to four different planners before her, but Jessyka came highly recommended by our venue, and from the very first phone call, I knew. I could just tell she knew exactly what she was doing, and that confidence showed in every single step that followed. The moment she shared our wedding planning spreadsheet with me, I realized just how much I truly needed her. From brainstorming ideas for our welcome book to making sure invitations went out right on schedule, her communication was incredible from day one.
But there are a few moments that I have to share, because they show exactly who Jessyka is and how far above and beyond she goes.
I had my heart set on stacked pillars for the altar florals and could not find them anywhere. Jessyka found them, and then drove three hours to Missoula, just to personally pick them up, because she knew how much they mattered to me. Then there was the fabric. I'd bought gorgeous fabric to drape over those pillars, and the week of the wedding, while I was already in Montana, I realized I'd measured it wrong. I was devastated. But the morning of, while setting up, Jessyka took the extra fabric I'd bought for the aisle chairs and draped it over the pedestals instead, and it was stunning. She used her creativity on the spot to make it look like it had been the plan all along. She knew how much those tiny details meant to me, and she simply would not let anything fall short.
She kept our timeline seamless and our communication effortless, and because of that, the day of my wedding I felt zero stress because Jessyka was there, quietly handling everything.
Jessyka genuinely cares. She understands how important your day is, and she shows up to make sure it's perfect. I had more than one panic-text moment, convinced I didn't have enough flowers, convinced I hadn't done enough, and every single time, she'd call and calmly tell me it was going to be beautiful, that everything would be fine.
She was right. It was perfect. I cannot say enough incredible things about her.
So here's my advice: don't think twice. Book Jessyka! It was the best decision I made in this entire process, and I am endlessly grateful and honored she was part of our day!

We had worked with another wedding planner before ultimately pivoting to Leather & Ivory, and we are so, so thankful we did. From the moment she stepped in, she made everything feel calmer, more organized, and so much less overwhelming.

Every detail felt intentional, and the whole weekend came together more beautifully than we could have imagined. Jessyka helped us find incredible local vendors and somehow pulled off our wedding on July 4th weekend, when so many vendors were already booked far in advance. She worked her tail off to make everything spectacular, and it truly would not have been the same without her.

I’m from Illinois and found Jessyka with Leather and Ivory through an Instagram search. I trusted her solely off her content and reviews and I am so glad I did. She made not only my Montana wedding dream come true in every possible way, but my Welcome Party, and a Rehearsal Dinner the most memorable events! The Welcome Party consisted of live music, custom hat making, food, and cocktails. The Rehearsal Dinner was Montana BBQ style also with music, a cigar bar and of course - custom cocktails. Jessyka planned this all! The pictures don’t do it justice! Jessyka is the most organized, resourceful, and dependable planner you could ask for - from day one (I hired Jessyka a year and a half away from wedding date). She brought every vision to life, knew a vendor for every creative idea, and answered every call or text no matter the time of day. When I was overwhelmed, she talked me down and handled every challenge with confidence. By the end, she didn’t just feel like my planner, she felt like a friend and I truly hope to see her again outside of anything wedding related! On the wedding day, she went above and beyond on absolutely everything. She coordinated seamlessly with vendors, managed every detail, and made sure the day flowed without a hitch. Because of her, we were able to truly be present and enjoy every moment. I remember being in the bridal suite thinking - “should I be doing something right now?”. I looked out the window and see Jessyka making it all happen! Literally didn’t have to do anything! I never thought how calm I would feel on this day. If you’re looking for someone you can trust from the very first conversation, who will give 110% to making your day unforgettable, Jessyka is the planner you want. I cannot recommend her enough. So trust your gut - especially if you’re not from the area or need a wedding planned outside of Montana - Jessyka will take care of you!!
